Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: If your order hasn't been processed yet, contact us at support@onoaswimwear.com as soon as possible. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Delivery times depend on your location. On average:

  • Israel: 2–5 business days

  • Europe & USA: 5–10 business days

  • Other countries: 7–14 business days

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with hygiene liners and tags attached.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
A: Email us at support@onoaswimwear.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll send you return instructions.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Q: Can I mix and match sizes for tops and bottoms?
A: Yes! Many of our bikini sets allow you to choose different sizes for tops and bottoms.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Q: How should I care for my swimwear?
A: Rinse in cold water after each use, hand wash gently with mild soap, and lay flat to dry in the shade. Avoid harsh detergents, wringing, and tumble drying.
